Macco of green beans

For 4 people


500 g of shelled broad beans;
1 onion;
extra virgin olive oil;
Salt and Pepper To Taste.

Cut the onion and brown it in a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Add the beans, brown them for a few minutes, adjust them with salt and black pepper and add boiling water.

Cover the pot with a lid and continue cooking over low heat for 1 hour.

Completed the baking of the beans, with the help of a mixer, reducing the beans in cream.

Serve out with a drizzle of raw oil and croutons.
