For 4 people


150 g of ground veal;
2 eggs;
3 tablespoons grated cheese;
breadcrumbs q.b .;
Salt and Pepper To Taste.

Put in a bowl the minced veal. Add eggs, cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly.

Take small portions of the compound, work it with your hands and cut into balls.

Place 2 balls on each of lemon leaf and place them on a baking sheet. Bake at 180 ° for 15 minutes and serve warm.
