For 4 people
500 g of sardines;
200 g of bread crumbs;
100 g of grated cheese;
q.b white vinegar .;
extra virgin olive oil;
salt and black pepper q.s.
Carefully clean the sardines, depriving them of the bones, completed this procedure, put them half an hour to put them in a container with white vinegar.
Spent half an hour, dry them and transfer them into a bowl where you have previously beaten eggs with a pinch of salt.
Mix homogeneously the breadcrumbs and Parmesan with a pinch of salt and black pepper and breaded sardines.
Completed the process by frying sardines in a pan with hot oil.
