Ceuso – Fastai Cabernet Sauvignon e Merlot
Fastaia, a blend international flavor obtained from Caberbet Sauvignon and Merlot.
The name comes from the nearby stream which runs through the vineyards. The result is a wine in which the different souls of varieties across the Alps can merge with each other and to create a concentrated blend and great balance.
Like all red wines of the company it does not undergo any filtration surgery.

TASTING NOTES Color: Ruby red violet Nose: The nose is sharp, punctuated by fruity notes of blackberry, cherry and currant. Menthol and spicy aromas that integrate with a finish of herbs. Palate: In the mouth it is fine and composed. The tannins are compact and stylish, extreme softness that make it enjoyable right now.
