DiLegami – Berlinghieri – Perricone Organic
ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE The colour is appreciated thanksto itsintense ruby red, verging on the garnet with the long refining process. On the nose it shows captivating scents of wild cherry, plums, spices and undergrowth fruits. On the mouth it has a rich, full flavour and excellent savory with a present and well-mantained tannin, a balanced sweetness of the fruit accompanied by a fresh acidity. It goes well with red meats and seasoned cheeses but surprising with modern dishes combined with fish. To be served at the temperature of 16 °C with meat, but at 14 °C with fish.
