ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE

At sight it has a shiny, straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Its perlage is fine, constant and persistent. On the nose it is intense with high fruity notes of citrus, cedar, but also bread crust and yeast accompanied by interesting wooden and mineral notes. To the mouth it is dry and soft, particularly fresh and tasty; well bodied and persistent on the palate. Perfect as an aperitif, ideal with fried vegetables, seafood hors d’oeuvres and fish dishes in general. To be served at the temperature of 8°C.
