The Pecorino Cheeseis the typical cheese exported to foreign markets.
It is a hard mature cheese, baked, made with pasteurized sheep’s milk, with an intense aroma, consistent, firm, grainy, crumbly in texture and has a strong flavor. Ideal as a starter or grated, it gives dishes a punchy flavor, white and flavored with black pepper, red pepper and olives.
Extra Vergine Olive Oil
The Sicilian extra virgin olive oil is a genuine oil, coming entirely from selected olive groves in organic farming.
The mature ripe olives are picked and immediately taken to be cold-pressed. The oil produced is subjected to simple decantation and maintains for a long time its precious organoleptic qualities and encompasses unmistakable fragrances and delicate flavors and aromas. It is not filtered and has an acidity of less than 0.5%.
In the tradition of Sicilian, sweets made with almond paste were offered at special occasions. We have maintained the same style of traditional food processing to preserve the identity value.
With our experience, today, we can combine every element, from the richness and authenticity of the ingredients to the convenience package, representing an extraordinary synthesis of tradition, taste and quality, making each product unique.
