Characterised by the typical IPA bitterness,
it is a blonde beer produced from a single variety
of American hops and Sicilian citrus leaves
which give a scent of citrus and herbs.

Perfect for appetizers or during meals,
it goes well with grilled fish and meat,
such as grilled swordfish, grilled or
beccafico sardines, or also Cinisara meat.
