Organic Modica 70% dark chocolate with muscovado sugar

The original Modica dark chocolate, mixed with whole organic muscovado cane sugar, merges with Sicilian ancient grains Tumminia and Maiorca.

From this combination derive our delicious handmade cookies.

The cookies of GraniSì line are produced exclusively with Sicilian ancient grains. Tumminia (or Timilia) hard wheat flour while Maiorca is a soft wheat flour: they both are typical Sicilian grains and low in gluten.

They are organically grown and not processed, so that their nutritional and organoleptic properties are preserved. They are stone-ground and have no GMOs: in this way, their helthy properties are preserved and they are easier to digest.
