For our Organic Lemonade we use the juice of IGP Lemons from Siracusa. They are hand picked and are rich in vitamin C and citric acid and the peel is rich in essential oils. Combined with water from Mount Etna it has an intense aroma and a unique taste, pleasantly bitter and refreshing.

The perfect place for growing lemons.
Warm sun, moist air, alluvial soil rich in limescale, subterranean rivers.
Even today, they are cultivated and hand picked according to tradition.
The peel is aromatic and rich in high quality essential oils.
The juice – rich in vitamin C and citric acid – is the main ingredient of our Organic Lemonade.
