Made from Perciasacchi wheat, peels of Sicilian citrus fruits,
sumac (Rhus Coriaria) and pink pepper berries.

It has a bitter taste with a scent of
local Sicilian citrus fruits,
sumac and pink pepper berries.

Perfect for appetizers or during meals, it goes well with strong tastes
or typical Sicilian street foods,
but also with meat dishes or
first courses.
